It may seem like a no brainer to get out there and move your body, but with busy schedules and responsibilities, exercise sometimes takes a backseat. For your heart, lungs, and blood vessels, exercise is a must!
For weight loss, focus on cardio four to five times a week and include weight-bearing exercises to tone and build muscles. While doing cardio, be sure to keep your heart rate in the “fat burning zone”. Interval training is especially effective at triggering fat-burning hormones!
