Gynecomastia (Male Breast Reduction)

New York cosmetic surgery prices dependent upon several factors including the level of skill, years of experience, and the degree of specialty of the cosmetic surgeon. In our opinion, the quality of the surgeon’s work (results) mean much more than the cost of the procedure.
Pricing generally is based upon a surgeon’s expertise and years of experience so that as that is increased, so does the cost of the procedure for that plastic surgeon. A plastic surgeon who consistently delivers outstanding results is more likely to charge more for his or her procedures. This can make it extremely difficult for some patients to afford his or her plastic surgery procedures.
For your convenience, we accept: CareCredit, Chase Health Advance, MedicalFinancing.com. and SurgeryLoans.com. If you need assistance paying for your procedure, these are the financing organizations that can provide you with financing if you decide not to pay for your procedure with cash.
How Our Pricing Structure is Different
At Advanced Cosmetic Surgery of New York, we approach pricing from a different angle; we believe in combining the utmost quality with the most experience to give patients highly competitive cosmetic surgery prices that are more affordable. We will work with any patient’s budget to reach a price that is affordable for them.
Additionally, we offer the ease and convenience of accepting CareCredit financing for cosmetic surgery procedures and will assist patients with the application process. Further, our procedures are done in our very own AAAHC Accredited outpatient surgical centers (not hospitals) so the need to pay hospital fees or to use outside expensive surgical facilities is eliminated.
We are more affordable because:
- Procedures are done in our own surgical facilities, reducing our overhead.
- Most procedures are done under local anesthesia with oral sedation pills which eliminates expensive anesthesia fees.
- Using local anesthesia eliminates the risks associated with general anesthesia, making our procedures safer.
- Slightly reducing our surgical fees (cost for the surgeon’s time) to keep our prices highly-competitive while maintaining superior quality.
- Lab tests needed pre-operatively are either billed to your medical insurance carrier or discounted by one of our partnering laboratories to offer patients very reasonable costs.
Additional Fees
In certain cosmetic procedures, the following additional itemized costs will be included in your final cost for surgery:
- Anesthesia Fee (if general anesthesia is absolutely needed)
- Hospital Fee (if a hospital-based surgery is recommended)
- Implant Cost (Breast, Cheek, Chin, Buttocks, Calf, Pectoral)
Our Brazilian butt lift prices are very affordable and we offer additional promotional discounts at times throughout the year. The final price varies from patient to patient and can depend on the following factors:
- The size of the patient.
- Amount of sculpting needed prior to fat transfer.
- The prominence (projection and roundness) the patient wants; the amount of fat to be transferred to the buttocks.
- Whether or not the patient needs liposuction body sculpting of the region where the fat is harvested from or if we are simply leveling off the region without performing complete liposuction.
Each Brazilian Butt Lift procedure will involve: harvesting of fat, processing of fat, sculpting, and preparation of the butt. Finally, fat re-injection into the butt is performed.
In general, patients can expect to pay a general fee of between $8,500 to $12,500. Please do not let this estimated price range be a deterrent for you to have the procedure. We will always work with you to arrive at an affordable price.
- BREAST AUGMENTATION
Our breast augmentation prices are highly competitive and affordable. The final price varies from patient to patient and depends on the following:
- Whether an implant (saline or silicone) is used to augment the breast or the patient’s own fat (natural breast augmentation/fat transfer/stem cell) is used. If an implant is used, the price of implant will be billed separately and is derived from the manufacturer’s price. If fat transfer/stem cell is done, the cost of fat harvesting from different areas of the body will be included in the price.
- If an implant is used, whether the implant is inserted in the traditional way with a small scar or whether it is inserted using an endoscope (scar-less breast augmentation).
- If the surgery is done at the hospital (hospital fee will apply) or if general anesthesia is used (anesthesia fee will apply). Usually, scar-less breast augmentations are done at the hospital under general anesthesia.
In general, patients can expect to pay between $7,500 to $8,600 for traditional breast augmentation using saline or silicone. Price will vary for scar-less breast implant done at the hospital (hospital fee and anesthesia fee will be added).
For fat transfer to the breast (natural breast augmentation) expect to pay a global fee of anywhere between $7,500 to $10,500. Please do not let the quoted price range be an obstacle for you. We are glad to work with you to arrive at a price you can afford.
- BREAST LIFT prices depend upon the amount of breast tissue to be removed and whether a hospital fee and anesthesia fee will be added to our general fees for breast lift. Prices begin at $7,500. Please call us or come in for a free consultation to get an exact price quote for a breast lift procedure.
- BREAST RECONSTRUCTION prices depend upon the amount of reconstruction to be done. This can include a small amount of reconstruction (such as with a lumpectomy) to a major reconstruction which would include full breast and nipple reconstruction. Since the range for how much reconstruction varies so widely for patients, it is impossible to provide a price range without patient-specific details. Please call our office or come in for a consultation to find out how much we would charge for your particular reconstruction procedure.
- BREAST REDUCTION prices for women begin at $7,500 and are based upon how much tissue is to be removed as well as whether a breast lift is included (which often times it is). Hospital and anesthesia fees may apply, as many of our breast lift procedures are performed in a hospital.
Eyelift (blepharoplasty) procedures can involve the upper and/or lower eyelids to correct sagging skin and displaced fat (undereye bags). Due to each patient having individual concerns and treatment needs, our pricing can range from $3,500 to $6,000. We will work with any patient to arrive at a cost that works best with their financial situation. Please do not let the quoted price range be an obstacle to getting your procedure done.
Gynecomastia (Male Breast Reduction)
Male breast reduction surgery, or gynecomastia corrective surgery, is one of our specialties. Because we know that patients have several New York Plastic Surgeons to choose from, we have dedicated ourselves to standing out from the rest.
- Unique laser-assisted technique is done under local anesthesia rather than general.
- Eliminating general anesthesia from the equation drastically reduces the costs and risks associated with the use of general anesthesia.
- We perform the procedure in our own AAAHC accredited outpatient surgical facility to further reduce patient costs.
- We can perform SmartLipo laser body reshaping on other parts of the body during one easy procedure.
- Recovery time is dramatically lessened with our unique laser methods and results far exceed those of traditional gynecomastia correction done by many other plastic surgeons.
Pricing for New York gynecomastia surgery ranges from $6,000 to $8,000. Prices vary based on the degree of tissue correction needing to be performed such as how much fatty tissue, glandular tissue and loose skin the patient has. We offer discounts on our unique laser-assisted gynecomastia procedure throughout the year to help every patient be able to afford the treatment that they deserve. Don’t ever let cost stand in the way of having male breast reduction surgery; we will always work with you to arrive at a cost that you can afford.
Laser Liposuction using SmartLipo
Whether you are a New York woman looking to reshape problem areas or a NYC man adding laser liposuction to a gynecomastia treatment or to eliminate love handles, we can help. The cost for the first region is $4,500, $2,500 for the second region, and $1,500 for the third. We have multiple SmartLipo special prices throughout the year to lower patient cost. We will gladly work with you to arrive at a cost that you can afford. We also accept CareCredit financing for your convenience.
The final price for each patient will be different and depends upon:
- Your weight and height.
- How many areas of the body are to be treated.
- How loose the skin is (some patients need extra skin tightening using the laser).
A mommy makeover is a combination of several different cosmetic surgery procedures and is customized to meet each New York patient’s individual needs. The mommy makeover may include procedures such as laser liposuction using SmartLipo, a tummy tuck and/or a breast procedure (augmentation, lift, or reduction). Any other procedures the patient wishes to add to their mommy makeover are also available.
Below is a general range for each of these procedures. When performed on the same day, we will discount the total cost of your procedures to arrive at a price that you can afford. We are glad to work with any patient’s financial situation so that price is not a deterrent to having a procedure done. We also accept CareCredit financing for patients who wish to finance all or part of their procedure cost.
Breast Procedures:
- Augmentation: Ranges from $6,600 to $8,600 for traditional breast augmentation using saline or silicone. Fat transfer to the breast (natural breast augmentation) costs between $7,500 to $10,500.
- Lift: Begins at $7,500.
- Reduction: Begins at $7,500.
Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty): Costs between $8,500 to $12,500.
SmartLipo laser liposuction: The cost for the first region is $4,500, $2,500 for the second region, and $1,500 for the third.
Our Tummy Tuck prices are highly competitive and affordable with additional promotional discounts from time to time. The final price varies from patient to patient and depends on the following:
- The weight of the patient (how large/big the abdomen is and the extent of skin laxity).
- Amount of liposuction (fat removal) needs to be done in addition to the tummy tuck.
- If abdominal muscle tightening is needed or not.
- If the belly button needs to be repositioned (full tuck) or not (mini tuck).
In general expect to pay a global fee of anywhere between $8,500 to $12,500. Price will vary if surgery is done at the hospital (hospital fee will be added) or if surgery is to be done under general anesthesia (anesthesia fee may apply). Please do not let the quoted estimated prices be a deterrent for you. We will always work with you to arrive at an affordable price for you.
Facial procedures include facial implants, facelifts, eyelifts, browlifts, neck liposuction, Botox and dermal fillers. Since each patient is different, requiring a greater or lesser amount of surgical intervention (or non-surgical procedures only), prices will vary greatly between patients, somewhere between $7,500 and $15,000.
Botox and dermal fillers begin at several hundred dollars and are priced on a per-unit basis. Your individual facial concerns will determine the number of units used. We recommend that patients keep up on treatments 3-4 times per year to get the greatest benefit from Botox and/or dermal fillers. We are well-known for working with patients in order to arrive at a price that works with your budget so you don’t have to postpone your procedures. We offer CareCredit financing for patients who would like to finance part or all of their procedure costs.
Fat transfer procedures are based upon the area to be harvested from as well as where the fat is being transferred to. Purification of the fat and stem cells is included in the procedural fees and can vary greatly from patient to patient. Fat transfer procedures that involve transfer to the buttocks, thighs, or breasts will cost more than fat grafted into the lips or face. Rhinoplasty (nose reshaping) prices range from $7,500 to $9,500 and are based on how much reshaping or reconstruction needs to be done such as in the case of a deviated septum repair or bone repositioning. Please do not allow the price range quoted be a deterrent to having your rhinoplasty procedure with us. We are happy to work with you to arrive at a final price that is affordable for you.
