Who performed Caitlyn Jenner's feminization surgery? Blog by James Christian of Advanced Cosmetic Surgery of NY.

We help people improve their appearance. We believe everyone is beautiful, and sometimes, people want an adjustment here or there to make themselves feel as pretty on the outside as they are on the inside.

However, there are some people who go a little too far when it comes to changing their appearance.

Jessica Rabbit Meets Cassandra

Botched is a show on E! which helps people who have had unsatisfactory results from their plastic surgery procedures. While most of the people on the show are having revisions, there are special guests on the show that are looking for more extensive work done. One of those people is Cassandra, a transgender woman who wanted to look like Jessica Rabbit.

To date, Cassandra has spent about $200,000 on plastic surgery to mimic the look of the cartoon character Jessica Rabbit. She calls herself a “cosmetic concoction.”

So far, Cassandra has undergone the following feminization surgeries:

  • Brow shaving
  • Adam’s apple reductions
  • Sexual reassignment
  • Rhinoplasty
  • Lip injections
  • Cheek augmentation
  • Breast implants
  • Hip and butt implants

She doesn’t feel she is done just yet, though. She was featured on the show because she wants her ribs removed. This will enable her to have a slim waist just like Jessica Rabbit’s.

The doctors on Botched show decided not to help her with the rib removal because they believed it was too dangerous. What they were also concerned about was that her rhinoplasty prevented her from breathing correctly, which could lead to problems in the operating room during anesthesia.

However, she was not interested in having rhinoplasty revision because as her nose is now, it’s as tiny as the cartoon character’s nose.

Why Cassandra Wants to Be Jessica Rabbit

Cassandra has been through a lot in her life. She grew up in a masculine family, and since she didn’t feel as though she fit in, she attached herself to the image of Jessica Rabbit. It’s what she, at the time, aspired to be someday. When she became an adult, she decided to transform herself into this character.

Putting Your Well-Being First for Plastic Surgery

At Advanced Cosmetic Surgery of New York, we put our patients’ well-being first. We agree with the doctors on Botched who believe that further surgery would be dangerous.

Since Cassandra seems to be focused on one goal of just looking like Jessica Rabbit, she doesn’t seem to be considering the health effects from all of the surgery. This is quite concerning when patients come in with this same mentality.
